Latest example: The man who became the victim of Russian woman scam decided to back in contact with the same lady but under a fake name. He pretended to be very rich. After two weeks of correspondence the girl is already in love and asks for money for the trip. He says he wants to come to see her to the country she lives in and to bring lots of expensive gifts for her. The girl lives in a small town 300 km from Moscow. The man askes her to book a luxury apartment for two weeks and to rent a luxury car for meeting him at the airport in Moscow. He "sends" 1000 euros deposit for the apartment and the car the day before departure. The next day the Russian woman goes to the bank but the money has not yet arrived. The man explains that the money will arrive a bit later and asks to pay for everything. The woman who is afraid of losing a few thousand euros in gifts decides to pay for everything. She comes to the airport by rented car and...maybe she is still waiting))).
